The embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of wireless communications, and particularly to a method, device and system for conducting frequency point configuration and data transmission, which are used for solving the existing problem in the prior art of data loss when a UE automatically configures a frequency point. In this embodiment, a UE sends information to a network-side device; after receiving the information, the network-side device judges, according to the information, whether the UE needs to conduct frequency point automatic configuration, and does not conduct data scheduling transmission for the UE after determining that the UE needs to conduct the automatic configuration; and after determining that the network-side device learns that the UE needs to conduct the frequency point automatic configuration, the UE conducts the frequency point automatic configuration. Therefore, when a UE conducts frequency point automatic configuration, a network-side device will not conduct data scheduling transmission for the UE, thereby increasing the data transceiving performance of the UE. |
