<p>The present invention relates to a cylinder sleeve (10) for internal combustion engines, more concretely to a cylinder sleeve (10) inserted by casting into an engine block (8), wherein the circumferential outer surface (2) is provided with a coating (5) capable of providing adhesion between the cylinder sleeve (10) and the engine block (8), inhibiting the formation of empty spaces (4) and providing excellent heat exchange for the engine block (8). The coating (5) has the particularity of being constituted by a nickel- phosphorus (NiP) alloy with a varying melting temperature as a function of the phosphorus contents, which enable a sleeve (10) coated with such an alloy to be inserted by high pressure die cast or low pressure die cast or by gravity.</p> |
