A 3D image display device includes a display panel and a liquid crystal lens panel. The display panel displays a positive frame image and a negative frame image. The liquid lens panel supplies a right eye image of the positive frame image and the negative frame image to the right eye of a user and supplies a left eye image to the left eye of the user. The display panel displays successively the positive frame image and the negative frame image for an n-th frame range, and displays successively the positive frame image and the negative frame image for an n+1-th frame range. The driving frequency of the liquid lens panel may be 1/4 smaller than the of the display panel.
