PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition containing: loxoprofen which has excellent storage stability and which is a kind of nonsteroidal anti-inflammation agents or a salt thereof; and codeine or the like.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition containing loxoprofen in a solid preparation is provided, the pharmaceutical composition containing: loxoprofen or salt thereof; at least one kind of codeine or the like selected from codeine, dihydrocodeine, a salt thereof or a solvate thereof; and caffeine. However, the pharmaceutical composition in the solid preparation is excluding two kinds of tablets (each 200 mg per one tablet) of a specific composition. The loxoprofen or the salt thereof is preferably loxoprofen sodium hydrate; the codeine or the like is preferably a codeine phosphate hydrate or dihydrocodeine phosphate; and the caffeine is preferably at least one kind selected from a caffeine hydrate, anhydrous caffeine, caffeine and sodium benzoate, and caffeine citrate. The solid preparation contains 10 to 1000 mg of caffeine as a daily dose. |
