PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of appropriately managing the temperature of a heat medium after heating while keeping high the exhaust heat recovery efficiency of a dynamo and the energy efficiency of a heat pump in a heater heating the heat medium by exhaust heat of the dynamo and heat radiation of the heat pump.SOLUTION: A heater disclosed in the specification of the present invention comprises: a dynamo; a heat pump driven by electric power generated by the dynamo; a heat medium circulation passage circulating a heat medium; a first heat exchanger heating the heat medium passing through the heat medium circulation passage by exhaust heat of the dynamo; a second heat exchanger heating the heat medium passing through the heat medium circulation passage downstream of the first heat exchanger by the exhaust heat of the dynamo; a bypass passage connecting a part upstream of the first heat exchanger on the heat medium circulation passage to a part downstream of the first heat exchanger and upstream of the second heat exchanger on the heat medium circulation passage, and causing at least part of the heat medium in the heat medium circulation passage to pass through the bypass passage; and a third heat exchanger heating the heat medium passing through the bypass passage by heat radiation of the heat pump. |
