1. An apparatus for controlling a booster circuit which is connected to a power supply, the apparatus comprising:
a detector that detects a first output voltage including information regarding power that is generated by the power supply; a comparing unit that adjusts a second output voltage which determines a duty ratio of the booster circuit, by comparing voltage values, to which different duty ratios are applied in the detected first output voltage, to each other and arriving at a result of the comparing; and a pulse width modulator that adjusts a duty ratio of the booster circuit based on the adjusted second output voltage.
