An objective of the present invention is to provide an oven-controlled crystal oscillator whereby it is possible to reduce the impact of heat from outside and further stabilize an output frequency. Provided is an oven-controlled crystal oscillator wherein a substrate (11) is anchored upon a base (16), said oven-controlled crystal oscillator comprising: an oscillation circuit (12), a heater resistor (13), and a power transistor (14), which are mounted on the substrate (11); pins (15) which anchor the substrate (11) to the base (16) at a prescribed distance; a metal cover (17) which covers the oscillation circuit (12), the heater resistor (13), and the power transistor (14); and a resin cover (18) which covers the exterior side of the metal cover (17). An air layer is formed between the metal cover (17) and the resin cover (18). |
