The invention relates to the field of processing data specifically pertaining to transportation, and to means of communication, and, in particular, to devices for connecting passengers and taxi drivers, including a server which is adapted for connection, by means of a unified network, to client devices of passengers and to client devices of taxi drivers, said server containing a module for receiving requests, including passenger location coordinates and passenger destination coordinates, which is connected to a database of requests, and a module for receiving proposals from taxi drivers, including taxi driver location coordinates and other parameters, which is connected to a database of proposals, connected by means of a control module to the database of requests, and can be used by users of client devices having access to the Internet for ordering a taxi and by taxi drivers for searching for passengers. According to the invention, the control module contains, connected to one another, a unit for automatically selecting an optimal proposal from a proposal database, and a unit for automatically replacing the optimal proposal with a subsequent proposal following a time delay. The achieved technical result consists in expediting the process of ordering a taxi. |
