Provided is a system with which enables a user to understand the information disclosed to a service provider in order to receive a service, and to decide upon an action on the basis of that information, while ensuring convenience, that is, while enabling the integrated collection of or the shared use of user characteristic information between multiple organizations or services. In this information system, customer characteristic information is managed in an integrated manner and the items of characteristic information used in a service by a service provider are displayed on a service-by-service basis, and the system manages access permission for the items in the characteristic information on the basis of a customer authorization. |
