PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine blowby gas treatment device capable of suppressing stagnation of oil in a blowby gas passage.SOLUTION: A blowby gas passage of a blowby gas treatment device includes a block internal passage formed in a cylinder block; and a head internal passage 39 formed in a cylinder head cover 13. An oil separator separating and removing oil from blowby gas is provided in the block internal passage. In a lowermost portion 43c of a main passage 43 that is a region of the head internal passage 39 located at a lowermost position in an attitude of mounting an internal combustion engine, a flow velocity of the blowby gas is increased by a throttle portion 56a of a connection passage 56 connected to an ejector 58. |
