PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably obtain an oxide superconductive thin film with a large thickness, which has a sufficiently high Ic (critical current) in the production of an oxide superconductive thin film line material using an FF-MOD (fluorine-free metal organic decomposition) process.SOLUTION: A production method of an oxide superconductive line material is provided, in which an oxide superconductive thin film is produced by a metal organic decomposition process using an organic metal compound solution containing no fluorine on a metal substrate to produce an oxide superconductive line material. The method includes: a coating film production step of producing a coating film by applying an organic metal compound solution on a metal substrate and drying; a calcination heat treatment step of heating the coating film to thermally decompose the organic metal compound to remove an organic component, thereby producing a calcined film; and a baking heat treatment step of heating the calcined film to crystallize to produce an oxide superconductive thin film. To the organic metal compound solution, chlorine is added by 2 ppm or more and less than 2,000 ppm with respect to the whole metal ion mass. In the production method of an oxide superconductive line material, after a calcined film having a thickness of 0.5 μm or more is produced, the baking heat treatment step is carried out. |
