<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double sock having improved heat- and moisture-retaining properties.SOLUTION: A double sock 100 includes: a toe part 120 for covering a toe of a wearer; a foot part 140 continuously formed from the toe part 120 for covering the instep and sole of the wearer; a body part 160 continuously formed from the foot part 140 for covering the heel and leg of the wearer; and an opening part 180 that is continuously formed from the body part 160 and into which the wearer inserts the foot. An inner cylindrical body and an outer cylindrical body continued at the opening part 180 and formed of a substantially cylindrical knitted fabric are folded at the opening part 180, where the inner cylindrical body is knitted by using a knitting yarn primarily composed of a silk, while the outer cylindrical body is knitted by using a knitting yarn primarily composed of a cotton.</p> |
