PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive sheet whose adhesive strength hardly deteriorates even in high-temperature use, and a method for producing the thermally conductive sheet.SOLUTION: A thermally conductive porous sheet (10) containing a fluororesin and a thermally conductive filler is prepared. A thermoplastic fluororesin sheet (12) having a thickness of 5-200μm is prepared. The thermoplastic fluororesin sheet (12) is laminated on at least one surface of the thermally conductive porous sheet (10). The laminated sheets are subjected to heat treatment and pressurization treatment to integrate the thermally conductive porous sheet (10) with the thermoplastic fluororesin sheet (12). Thus, a thermally conductive sheet (16) is obtained.
