<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electrode plate material for a lithium-ion secondary battery light-weight, exhibiting explosion-proof performance, and ensuring excellent surface quality, excellent bending workability, and low cost.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a terminal material for a lithium-ion secondary battery including a three-layer clad structure in which an outer layer material is ferritic stainless steel and a core material is an aluminum material, comprises: a first cold rolling step, a heat treatment step, and a second cold rolling step in this order, a ratio of a thickness of the outer layer material to a total thickness of the outer layer material and the core material before the first cold rolling step being set to 10 to 70%, a hardness (HV) of the outer layer material being not higher than 200, a rolling reduction in the first cold rolling step being 30 to 90%, and a rolling reduction in the second cold rolling step being 10 to 90% at a heat treatment temperature of not lower than 200°C and not higher than 390°C.</p> |
