The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a printed substrate with a novel structure that allows a substrate terminal to be fixed to the printed substrate without requiring a mount and that allows the substrate terminal to be press-fit into a through hole without applying pressure to a plating layer or printed wiring of the through hole; and a printed substrate with a terminal using such a printed substrate. In a printed substrate (10) provided with a through hole (12) into which one end section (16) of a substrate terminal (14) is inserted, the through hole (12) is provided with a press-fit region (36) into which the one end section (16) of the substrate terminal (14) is press-fit and a conductive region (34) disposed to oppose an outer peripheral surface (58) of the one end section (16) of the substrate terminal (14) across a gap (60) in the direction orthogonal to the axial direction; printed wiring (24, 28) is connected to the conductive region (34); and a plating layer (38) is affixed to the conductive region (34).
