The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition and functional health food composition containing Hovenia dulcis Thunb extracts for preventing or treating bone disease. According to the present invention, the Hovenia dulcis Thunb extracts are derived from natural ingredients, thereby having less toxicity.
