<p>The present invention relates to a novel strain, Enterobacter ludwigii SJR3, having a plant growth promoting activity, a microorganism product containing a culture thereof as an active ingredient, and a method for promoting the growth of a plant using the strain. The method comprises the following steps: separating and moving the enterobacter ludwigii SJR3 strain; measuring ACC deaminase activity and productivity of IAA, zeatin, and gibberellin of the strain gained in the above step; investigating the concentration of the IAA after cultivating small soil in a rhizosphere which treats the strain; and comparing and assessing a gene expression ratio of DREB and ACS using RNA and cDNA of a tomato cultivated in the above step. The novel Enterobacter ludwigii SJR3 acquired through the steps: has excellent activity for producing a plant growth promoting hormone; solubilizes an insoluble phosphoric acid fixed in soil; and exhibits excellent activity for promoting the growth of a plant when applying a culture medium of the strain to a plant.</p> |
