<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature measurement device and a temperature measurement method which are excellent in accuracy of measuring a surface temperature.SOLUTION: A temperature measurement device includes: a first member 20 having a hot junction 23; and a second member 10 which has a thermocouple wire 11 connected to a cold junction 18 and which engages with the first member 20. The hot junction 23 is formed on a temperature measurement object 1, and the thermocouple wire 11 conducts with the hot junction 23 when the second member 10 engages with the first member 20.</p> |
