<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide packaged coffee beverages obtained by blending a fine powder of roasted coffee beans having improved storage stability of the roasted aroma.SOLUTION: This coffee beverage contains insoluble coffee powder having a median diameter of 50-300μm and being obtained from finely ground roasted coffee beans, roasted coffee bean extract obtained by the ground roasted coffee beans being subjected to extraction processing, and wheat germ extract. The coffee beverage is heat sterilized for production, and can stably retain the roasted aroma that is derived from the fine powder of roasted coffee beans. The wheat germ extract is unfermented extract, and an amount of the blended wheat germ extract (B) relative to a water-insoluble solid content (A) per 100 mL of the coffee beverage is: (B)/(A)=0.005-5 in terms of dry weight.</p> |
