Disclosed is a resilient network construction method for a remote programmable supervisory control system. The remote programmable supervisory control system comprises an intelligent network device, a local area network router, and a master host communicating with the local area network router. The method comprises the following steps: sending a master host beacon by the master host, the master host beacon comprising online routing data of the local area network router; the intelligent network device receiving the master host beacon sent from the master host so as to log in to the local area network router by means of the online routing data; making the master host log in to the intelligent network device; sending a control command by the master host to the intelligent network device; the intelligent network device receiving the control command and executing the content of the control command; and the intelligent network device returning an execution status message to the master host after executing the content of the control command. |
