The invention relates to a call completion system (10) and method developed in order to prevent termination of calls during the call made by prepaid line subscribers due to insufficient funds and to provide sustainment of the call. When the caller subscriber (A) uses up his/her funds, the call is diverted to a call completion control unit (8). Call identification control unit (8) provides the caller subscriber (A) or the called subscriber (B) with various services (9) for sustaining the call with IVR menu. Services such as topping up funs, initiating reverse charge call, sharing funds, initiating a call back are included within the scope of these services (9). |
