PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an LED lighting device to illuminate a cooking space up to a back portion thereof and prevent light from the LED lighting device from directly entering the field of view of a cooking person.SOLUTION: A range hood is configured so that an LED lighting device 4 and an illumination lens 5 serving as a transmission portion transmitting light from the LED lighting device 4 are arranged in front of a lower surface of a hood portion 1, an attachment surface of the hood portion 1 to which the illumination lens 5 is attached is inclined upward from forward to backward, and the attachment surface to which the illumination lens 5 is attached and a connected surface of a surface of the illumination lens 5 are installed smoothly. With this configuration, the illumination lens 5 is invisible to a cooking person and the progressive light from the LED lighting device 4 illuminates a cooking space toward a back portion. It is, therefore, possible to obtain the range hood capable of illuminating a cooking space up to the back portion thereof and preventing the light from the LED lighting device 4 from directly entering the field of view of the cooking person. |
