PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To light both a first light-emitting member and a second light-emitting member with one circuit at blackout.SOLUTION: A light-off detector circuit 115 is provided for outputting a light-on detection signal on receiving a light-on request at common use, and for outputting a light-off detection signal on receiving a light-off request. A control circuit 150c, when a light-on signal is input thereto, controls to supply power to a first light-emitting member 180 to light on, and also to light off the second light-emitting member without supplying power, to charge a battery by means of a charging circuit. The control circuit 150c, when a light-off detection signal is input thereto, supplies power to the first light-emitting member 180 to light off, and also to light on a second light-emitting member 190 without supplying power, to charge the battery by means of the charging circuit. Further, a second emergency light-on circuit 150e is provided for supplying, at blackout, battery power to the first light-emitting member 180 to light on the first light-emitting member 180, and for supplying battery power to the second light-emitting member 190 to light on the second light-emitting member 190. |
