The present invention relates to collecting a sample of microorganisms for preparing a test solution under the microorganism analysis manuals of the Korean Foods Standards Codex. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for collecting a sample of microorganisms from a surface of a solid material using a contactless partitioning system and to an apparatus for partitioning the surface of the solid material, in which a sample surface-sectioning apparatus that uses a light source is employed so as to form an optimum sectioned sample area at the surface of the solid material using the light source without causing direct contact between the surface of the solid material and a worker or sectioning tool, the result being that the surface of the solid material may be prevented from becoming contaminated during sectioning, the precision of the sample may be improved, and sectioning procedures are simplified in order to enable continuous work and shorten the time required for handling the sample, and particularly, the apparatus for partitioning the surface of the solid material may be infinitely reused to reduce costs for sampling.
