PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance interest in a game machine that starts a specific game by a trigger of a game ball's passing through a specific area after the ball has entered a variable ball entrance port.SOLUTION: A game machine includes: a variable ball entrance port that becomes a ball entry inhibiting state when closed and becomes a ball entry allowing state when opened; a specific area through which the game ball that has entered the variable ball entrance port can pass; specific game execution means for executing a specific game when a game ball passes through the specific area; and a movable part for changing a possibility for the game ball that has entered the variable ball entrance port to pass through the specific area. The movable part changes between a first state where a possibility for a game ball to pass through the specific area is high and a second state where a possibility for a game ball to pass through the specific area is low by a trigger of the variable ball entrance port's becoming a ball entry allowing state. A first opening/closing mode and a second opening/closing mode are provided. In the former mode, when the movable part is in the first state the time when the variable ball entrance port becomes a ball entry allowing state is a prescribed time, and in the latter mode, when the movable part is the first state the time when the variable ball entrance port becomes a ball entry allowing state is shorter than the prescribed time. |
