determining, by the controller, whether a current position error signal sample exceeds a stopwrite threshold; disabling, by the controller, writing in response to determining that the current position error signal sample exceeds the stopwrite threshold; and enabling, by the controller, writing in response to determining that the current position error signal sample does not exceed the stopwrite threshold. |
