The present invention relates to a device for blocking rain and preventing the falling of snow and icicles for a rooftop of a building, which can prevent a leakage occurring due to the rain on the rooftop of the building, an accident occurring due to the falling of the accumulated snow and the like, the device comprising: a lower column (100) having a fastening groove (110) formed at an upper inner side thereof such that an upper column (200) can be inserted, fastened, and fixed therein, a female screw part (120) formed at an inner upper end of the fastening groove (110) so as to allow the upper column (200) and the lower column (100) to be screw-coupled to each other, and a base plate (130) integrally formed at the bottom thereof and having a plurality of elongated holes (131) so as to enable the lower column (100) to be firmly secured on the rooftop; the upper column (200) formed to be inserted into the fastening groove (110) of the lower column (100), and having a male screw part (210) formed at the lower side thereof to correspond to the female screw part (120) of the lower column (100) so as to facilitate the adjustment of the height, and a flat plate (220) integrally formed at the upper end surface thereof and having at least one fastening hole (221); a mounting plate (300) of which a part of the left and right ends is bent at predetermined intervals so as to form a stepped part (310) such that the flat plate (220) can be inserted therein and the center has a mounting groove (320) of which one side is open such that the upper column (220) can be coupled therein, and which has one or more elongated coupling holes (330) corresponding to the fastening hole (221) of the flat plate (220) and formed at one side of the mounting groove (320); and a three-dimensional structure (400) which has an overall solid shape and of which a lower end surface (410) is horizontally formed, an upper end surface (420) is formed to be inclined at a predetermined angle toward the inner side of the building, and lateral side parts (430) connecting the upper end surface (420) and the lower end surface (410) are formed in the shape of a rectangle or a curved line having a slope so as to block the rain and to guide the snow to fall toward the outside of the building. |
