The invention relates to a fuel supply system (1) for an internal combustion engine comprising: a fuel tank (10); at least two fuel injectors (20); a fuel intake line (30) that includes at least one high-pressure pump (31); and a fuel return line (50) that includes at least one anti-reflux valve (51). According to the invention, the fuel supply system includes an additional line (70) that starts in the fuel intake line and leads into the fuel return line, upstream from said anti-reflux valve.
