The object of the invention is to provide a device (10) comprising a flow path (22) for the hot gas or waste gas of a gas turbine, said device being comparatively simple and cost-effective to produce within a short time period and optionally being designed for a comparatively short operating life. To achieve this object, according to the invention the device (10) is formed substantially from moulding sand (20), said sand (20) delimiting the flow path (22) or acting as a substrate of a layer (26) that delimits the flow path (22).
