<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press facility capable of carrying out charge action and reject action of a billet while simplifying a facility mechanism.SOLUTION: A press facility is equipped with a charge device A composed of a clamp 20 for release-gripping a billet, and a driving mechanism 10 for reciprocating the clamp 20 between a -1 process position and a 0 process position; has a material sending base 1 for sliding the billet from the -1 process position to the 0 process position. The material sending base 1 forms a through-hole 2 at a reject position R, and disposes a chute 3 immediately under the through-hole 2. The charge device A carries out an action for receiving the sent billet in the -1 process, and sending that to the 0 process, but also carries out a reject action by using the driving mechanism 10 for moving from the -1 process to the 0 process. Therefore both actions of moving and rejecting the billet can be carried out by the one driving mechanism 10, and a facility structure can be simplified.</p> |
