The reverse roller (58) is provided with: a one-way clutch (88) for rotating the reverse roller (58) with respect to the rotating shaft (60) of the reverse roller (58) only in a collection rotation direction for storing the bill in the bill storage section (36); and a boss (80) fixed to the one-way clutch (88) and fitted integrally with outer rings of at least two bearings (61L, 61R) that are slipped over the rotating shaft (60) of the reverse roller (58) and spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance in the axial direction.
