<p>The present invention relates to compounds as inhibitor of WNT signal transduction pathway, as well as a composition comprising the same. Further, the present invention relates to the use of the compounds in the treatment of fibrosis. Fibrosis is the formation of excess fibrous connective tissue in an organ or tissue in a reparative or reactive process. Fibrosis is the end result of chronic inflammatory reactions induced by a variety of stimuli including persistent infections, autoimmune reactions, allergic responses, chemical insults, radiation, and tissue injury.</p> |
