摘要 Disclosed are a touch display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The touch display device comprises: a first substrate and a second substrate disposed opposite to each other, a liquid crystal layer located between the two substrates, and spaced-apart receiving electrodes formed on the first substrate. On the first substrate, spaced-apart first transparent electrodes are disposed below the receiving electrodes in the direction of projection, on the first substrate, of a display electrode on the second substrate; the first transparent electrodes and the receiving electrodes are separated by an insulating layer, and the first transparent electrodes are connected to set potentials. When the receiving electrodes and emitting electrodes are located on the same layer, coupling capacitors between the receiving electrodes and the electrodes on an array substrate and between the emitting electrodes and the electrodes on the array substrate are shielded; when the emitting electrodes are located on the array substrate side, coupling capacitors which are located between the receiving electrodes and a common electrode on the array substrate side and formed by the emitting electrodes and the receiving electrodes through the liquid crystal layer are shielded; and deflection of liquid crystals exerts substantially no influence on probe signals, noises resulting from picture switching are shielded, and the quality of the touch display device is improved remarkably.
