Firing device for an initiator

The device has a firing unit e.g. laser diode and electric resistor, adapted to generate heat so as to allow initiation of an energy material arranged in an initiator. An electrical switch is assembled in series with the firing unit. The electrical switch is passed from an open state to a closed state by the application on its terminals whose voltage is greater than cut-in voltage. The electrical switch includes a thyristor whose trigger is not used, and turnover voltage corresponds to cut-in voltage. The electrical switch is formed by the thyristor and a triac.
