A bio-crude oil production system includes a conveyor and a circulating fluidized bed combustor. A bio-mass has a reaction in a rapid pyrolysis reactor to be accumulated in the conveyor. The circulating fluidized bed combustor circulates and supplies fluidized sand and char carried by the conveyor and includes a dispersion plate, a combustion unit, and a blowing unit. The dispersion plate is divided into a first area adjacent to the conveyor and a second area spaced apart from the conveyor to disperse the fluidized sand carried by the conveyor to the second area. The combustion unit combusts the char carried by the conveyor. The blowing unit supplied air to the dispersion plate through the bottom of the dispersion plate.
