摘要 本发明为一种多孔性固态材料的制造方法,包括以下步骤:制备一混合液,其系由聚乙烯醇与溶剂混合而成;加热混合液而使聚乙烯醇溶解于溶剂;降温混合液至溶剂之凝固点以下以固化成为一块材;于溶剂之凝固点以上浸置块材于一盐类溶液中而藉由渗透压之差异以使溶剂自块材内部扩散至盐类溶液中;以及自盐类溶液取出块材。; heating the mixture solution so as to dissolve the polyvinyl alcohol in the solvent; cooling the mixture solution to a temperature less than the melting point of the solvent so as to solidify the mixture solution to form a bulk material; immersing the bulk material into a salt solution at a temperature more than the melting point of the solvent, so that the solvent is diffused from the interior of the bulk material to the salt solution due to the difference of osmotic pressures; and separating the bulk material from the salt solution.
