<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming resin coated-film layered metal sheet that is superior in damping, bending workability, and coating adhesion. <P>SOLUTION: The foaming resin coated-film layered metal sheet includes an foaming resin coated film whose film thickness is 150μm or thicker on a surface of a metal sheet.
