<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the sectional area reduction ratio by lining. <P>SOLUTION: A lining device 10 has a guide frame 14, and a tube manufacturing unit 16 movable on the guide frame 14 is attached to the guide frame 14. The tube manufacturing unit 16 moves on the guide frame 14 at the predetermined speed, and allows a strip 202 to be along an inner surface of an existing pipe 200, and joins the strip 202 with a strip 202 of a lining tube 206 after the manufacture by a joiner 204. A corner holding unit 58 is provided on the guide frame 14 behind the tube manufacturing unit 16.
