Provided are a lens driving assembly and a photographing apparatus including the same. More particularly, disclosed are the lens driving assembly and the photographing apparatus including the same, capable of being aligned on an optical axis by a first lens group assembly rotated by the elastic force and the rotation of a cam barrel. According to a part of the disclosed embodiments, provided are the lens driving assembly with the rotation of the cam barrel by a driving force transmitted from a motor, the rotation of the first lens group assembly by the elastic force and the rotation of the cam barrel, and a front barrel which linearly moves on the optical axis by corresponding to the rotation of the cam barrel, and the photographing apparatus including the same.
