<p>The present invention relates to coffee bean bread and a manufacturing method thereof, for mixing coffee in a filling and molding appearance in a coffee bean shape. According to the present invention, coffee bean bread comprising a coffee material in a filling with coffee bean-shaped appearance is capable of enjoying taste, smell, and sense of sight of coffee during intake of bread at the same time. In addition, a coffee bean shape can be maintained until intake after manufacturing the coffee bean bread by preventing the bread from being split during handling, with a concave portion in the center receiving the strongest force in the coffee bean shape, which is supported with a stronger force.</p> |
