PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet at high yield, by which coil warpage occurring in a coil inside section during finish annealing is suppressed to prevent rolling trouble in a manufacturing line, or reduce an amount of crops.SOLUTION: In the method, the grain-oriented electromagnetic electrical steel is manufactured by applying finish-annealing to an Si-containing cold-rolled steel sheet in a coil state after primary recrystallization annealing. A relation between the degree of deterioration in the shape of the steel sheet (for example, quantity of coil warpage) and the inside diameter of a coil during rewinding after finish-annealing is obtained beforehand for each of sheet thicknesses of the steel sheets, and the inside diameter of the coil for finish-annealing is set so that the degree of deterioration in steel sheet shape is satisfied within the predetermined allowable range. |
