<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel substrate particle or agglomerate, wherein the substrate particle is made of a single crystal and has a heteroepitaxial layer. <P>SOLUTION: The agglomerate is the one obtained by agglomerating the substrate particles. The substrate particles are each made of the single crystal, and the agglomerate has the heteroepitaxial layer. Here, the single crystal and the heteroepitaxial layer are preferably made of at least one chosen from, or a mixture of two or more chosen from, barium titanate, strontium titanate, calcium titanate, bismuth sodium titanate, bismuth potassium titanate, lead titanate, bismuth titanate, barium zirconate, strontium zirconate, calcium zirconate, lead zirconate, bismuth zirconate, potassium niobate, sodium niobate, lithium niobate, bismuth ferrate, titanium oxide and zinc oxide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
