Disclosed are a goods/service price payment system based on ARS authentication using various payment units and a payment method of the same. According to embodiments of the present invention, a purchaser can pay with optimal payment price rapidly by applying an optimal payment unit and discount unit per member store automatically when the purchaser purchases goods and service, and the purchaser can select whether to apply the optimal payment unit and discount unit per member store or a pre-established main payment unit as a payment unit for the goods/service purchase conveniently. Also, purchaser input for payment is minimized by enabling the purchaser to perform payment processing simply by inputting fixed payment password through a mobile terminal of the purchaser when the purchaser purchases goods/service, and security is further improved by using 2 channel authentication method when the payment password for payment of the purchased goods/service is authenticated.
