<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core pin capable of achieving both a stress-reduction effect and sealing performance. <P>SOLUTION: A round part 12 is arranged on both axial sides of a column part 11 to constitute a sealing part 7. Thus, an axial direction length of the sealing part 7 is extended and the sealing performance is ensured. A space 15 to be set as the deflection of a base part 3 being not prevented is arranged between each round part 12 and a pin mounting hole 6.
