<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dial lock with changeable unlocking number which allows an unlocking number of a dial lock to be easily changed so as to prevent a person who knows the previous unlocking number from unlocking the dial lock. <P>SOLUTION: A first passive member 26 is held by a first passive holding part 24D of a first actuation member 24 of a dial lock 10 with changeable unlocking number. A second passive member 28 having a passive unlock groove 28B is detachably held by a second passive holding part 26D of the first passive member 26. A second actuation member 30 having an actuation member unlock groove 30A is detachably held by a second actuation holding part 24F of the first actuation member 24.
