<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost fuel supply system capable of performing control to switch fuel pressure to required low or high pressure by simple control without increasing the size of a fuel pump. <P>SOLUTION: A pressure regulating valve has a pressure regulating property in which a pressure regulating level rises when a return flow rate of fuel reaches a second return flow rate Z3 larger than a return flow rate in a range Z1 of a first return flow rate.
