<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify attachment work of a circlip to simplify the assembly work and reduce the man hours.SOLUTION: In the assembly method, an inner member 200 is assembled to an assembly hole 101 formed at an outer member 100 to be fixed by a circlip 200. The assembly method includes: a placement step where the inner member 200 is placed on the circlip C in a state where the circlip C is attached to an inner peripheral groove 102 formed at the assembly hole 101; a guide shaft insertion step where a guide shaft 33, which fits in an inner peripheral part 203 of the inner member 200, is inserted into the inner peripheral part 203; a diameter expansion step where diameter of the circlip C is expanded in a state where the guide shaft 33 is held being arranged along an axial direction of the assembly hole 101; a positioning step where the circlip C is positioned so as to match a position of an outer peripheral groove 204 formed at an outer peripheral part of the inner member 200 while the inner member 200 is pushed into the assembly hole 101 and moved along an axial direction of the guide shaft 33; and a diameter reduction step where the diameter of the circlip C is reduced from the diameter expansion state to the natural state.</p> |
