<p>The invention relates to a rubber composition usable in particular as a tread for a snow tire having improved grip on melting ice, comprising at least one diene elastomer such as natural rubber and/or polybutadiene, more than 40 pce of a liquid plasticizer, 50 to 150 pce of a reinforcing filler such as silica and/or carbon black, 2 to 50 pace of water-soluble metal salt microparticles such as magnesium sulfate and 2 to 50 pce of hollow microparticles of at least one metal oxide such as aluminosilicate. The invention also relates to snow tires, the tread of which comprises such a composition.</p> |
