It is an object of the present invention to provide a stable solvent composition which provides excellent solubility of various organic substances, has sufficient drying property and has no adverse influences on global environment and is stabilized and not decomposed, and which can be used without adversely affecting objects made of various materials such as metal, plastic or elastomer, for a wide range of industrial use such as cleaning or coating. A solvent composition comprising a solvent containing 1,1-dichloro-2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene, and at least one stabilizer selected from the group consisting of a phenol, an ether, an epoxide and an amine. |
