Embodiments of the present invention provide a group call processing method, a base station, and a user equipment, including: receiving a group call setup request message that includes a group identifier and is sent by a group call server; and sending, over a group call control channel that is periodically sent, the group identifier and group resource location information corresponding to the group identifier, so that a user equipment detects the group call control channel and acquires the group resource location information, according to location indication information of the group call control channel. In this way, latency of group call setup is shortened, and a latency requirement of a trunking user can be met. |
